We are fasett addicts: they have this lack of coloration that happens in the odd (fairly cheap) speaker (Wharfedale Diamonds mk 1 are another, or Heybrook HB1s). These, though, look like they belong on the Millenium Falcon. In the brochures of the time Tandberg put them next to their heavyweight amps and reel to reels, and that's not so mad: they do a decent job of it. Two good drivers with a reflex port (harmless at this size, often fatal in bigger speakers). The problem is, things often get loose and the tweeters are a pain and often haven't survived the decades. Almost certainly an ebay pair will have loose crossover components or blown tweeters...

We have big stock, and can make you a pair from bits in white, black, green orange. Old or new style (pictured) grilles. Really good ones may end up a little more expensive, but we'll keep them going for you if you blow them at the barbecue with your Soundburger, car battery and 12vDC Hong Kong class T amp...

We have ambitions to render them irresistible to our neighbours with a battery / bluetooth / class T amp module, but that will have to wait...
